Penny Tolbert graduated from Glencoe High School in 1978, Jacksonville State University in 1982, and gained two other degrees at The University of Alabama in 1986 and 1993. She has a B.S, M.A. and A.A degree in Secondary Education- Mathematics and a M.A in counseling. She taught 7th and 8th grade math at Rainbow Middle School and was a counselor at Duck Springs Elementary School. She is now one of our school counselors and one of the technology coordinators. She has been here for 3 years. |
