Art I & II classes at Southside High School are available to Juniors and Seniors only. Each student is required to pay a $30.00 art fee. This fee purchases all art supplies used during the semester. Every spring at SHS, Art students are given the opportunity to enter art contests at The Gadsden Museum of Art High School Art Exhibit and The Etowah County Mall Art Exhibit. Every year, talented SHS students are rewarded for their creativity by placing in each of these competitions.
